Welcome to GLLN

Our mission for the Gay & Lesbian Lawyers Network is to provide educational seminars, lectures and presentations as well as social events with a charitable element so that gay, lesbian and gay friendly lawyers, law students, professors and legal workers can enhance and develop their practices through education, friendships, referral relationships, and professional development.

Our intention is to fully realize a true education, business and social network as well as to provide the opportunity to our participants to support one another in our practices; to promote ourselves within our firms; to educate ourselves to legal issues of importance to the community; to assist other charitable endeavors and, to offer a helping hand to each other when needed.

GLLN announces that it raised approximately $14,000 at its 5th Annual Gala

GLLN is proud to announce that it raised approximately $14,000 at its 5th Annual Gala, which has been donated to the Pet Project and Latinos Salud, Broward HIV/AIDS service organizations.

Pet Project is a charitable organization whose goal is to promote, preserve and enable persons with life threatening or disabling conditions, senior citizens, and those who are suffering from economic factors to "KEEP THEIR PETS.”

Latinos Salud was founded in 2008 to create a safe space for Latino gay males and their partners to find friends, support, and resources giving gay men the skills they need to stay safe from HIV, or to live healthier with HIV. Miami-Dade ranks first in the nation in its rate of new HIV infections, and Broward ranks second.
